Kolobe Retirement Village & Wildlife Estate is a sectional title development meaning you receive a title deed registered in your name for the house you purchase at Kolobe. With only 60 houses being built, we have a total of 5 different size houses for you to choose from, all in different price ranges. The developers of Kolobe also allows you the opportunity to change and design the inside of the suggested house plans we have available to make your dream home a reality.

What makes Kolobe stand out far above other retirement villages is that we offer each house space, privacy, and an unobstructed view of the Waterberg mountain or bush. Each house has its own PV solar electricity system, solar geyser and backup gas geyser, gas stove/oven unit and LED lights to help keep the costs of living as low as possible. (Load shedding has no effect on our residents.) You also have the option of building an enclosed boma to enjoy the sites and sounds that the bush has to offer next to a warm bonfire only a few steps from your veranda.
