Please note that we can change the inside of the house plans for you. The Kolobe Retirement Village development has been approved by FNB. This means that FNB bonds are available, if you should need one. We pride ourselves that the view from our units are one of a kind in the sense that you do not see the backdoor (or even any unit) of your neighbor from your living room, but rather the breathtaking nature and wildlife that Kolobe has to offer. Where other retirement Villages try to fit as many units on their site as possible, we put space, privacy and your view from your retirement home FIRST. You furthermore have the option to build an enclosed boma to enjoy the sites and sounds that the bush has to offer next to a warm bonfire.

Cottages

These Cottages will be close to the frail-care and communal buildings. Cottages are registered as sectional title and accrual of the Cottage will be for your estate's benefit. This means that you will receive a Title deed for the purchase of your Cottage. The Cottage will have 2 x Bedrooms, open plan kitchen & Lounge, 1 Full bathroom, Veranda and Carport. The veranda will have an open braai space with chimney and be covered by a louvre deck. The kitchen has ample space for a washing machine, dish washer and double door fridge. Each Cottage will have a small garden area and all Cottages will be North facing with a view of the mountain. The Cottages will have pre-paid Eskom electricity and 200 liter solar water geyser with flatbed collector. LP gas installations includes but is not limited to a 16 liter gas geyser, stove/oven unit as well as gas installation certificate. Please note that the Cottages come with a standard plan, fixtures and fittings that can not be changed.
